[scribus] Spellcheck problem

Yes, spellcheck seems to be quite broken both in 1.4.7svn and 1.5.3svn.
And it's broken in such a way that it doesn't even know it's broken. I
find that the download dictionary feature in 1.4.7 doesn't work either,
and in 1.5.3 I don't see anywhere to download dictionaries.
