You probably have a 1_5_0 directory, so see if there is a 
/localbin/scribus153svn/share/scribus-1.5.3.svn/icons/1_5_0/zeichen.png and just copy it into the 1_5_1 directory


zeichen.png might be named Zeichen.png, so perhaps just rename it?
