[scribus] Missing fonts

The "file explorer does not show Fonts directory" might be a "show hidden system
folders" thing in Windows.

(Look in control panel / File Explorer options / View / Hide protected operating
system files. (un tick it)

- might be . . .

The other problem that is looming is; Microsoft have been figuring out how to
make more money out of the fonts they created.

I note with the latest Win10 update; some fonts have been "withdrawn" - I got
caught out with a couple I have used in a bit of artwork that suddenly didn't
open after the update.

Trajan Pro was one of them! - hence I tell you all this stuff - it isn't quite a
tanget as you imagine . . .

The pesky little monkeys had wanted me to pay £49 on fonts.com to get them back
. . . fortunately I have a machine available that still had Win7 on it and all
the fonts - so I snatched 'em back . . . no doubt Bill Gates will do something
sneaky about that next time round.

But as you say; if they show up in LibreOffice and not in Scribus . . . that is
odd; but then Scribus may have a slightly better font management system and has
"phoned home to Momma" only to be told these fonts are out of license.

Trajan Pro was definately the one that went pop for me.

Blame Bill. Cheeky blighter is telling us we have to keep up our overseas aid
budget and Microsoft are getting ready to make more money out of Windows 10 than
the entire aid budget for the whole UN!

It's is going to be an endless series of pop up adverts all over the screen from
here on.

Unless you rent - at a huge sum every month - the soon to be announced "advert
free" version

Time to start learning linux.
