[scribus] Importing user created templates

Scribus 1.5.2

I created a template and saved it to a specific folder.

How do I import or copy the template so it shows up in Own Templates in 
Scribus?  And, what files do I have to copy if this is a manual operation?

I may have missed it, but I found no "Import Template" option.  And 
suggestions from the web were all old.
