[scribus] Changing the sections in document-preferences changes the orientation of page-numbers

I do have 2 masterpages, one left, one right. 

I think its a bug in scribus over years. Earlier  I didn't wright about it. It 
is too simple to make a white frame at the first page. But now I'm annoyed 
about such simple thing.
