[scribus] Font substitution

1. If I uncheck Vijaya Bold in the Preferences/Fonts table then I won't be
able to use Arial Bold if I want to.
2. Is there somewhere I can remove the substitution so that Arial Bold is
not associated with Vijaya Bold?
2. It's curious that the original document was created under essentially
the same platform, the only difference being that it would have been on
Windows 7, not 10 which I'm using now.
