[scribus] Changing the sections in document-preferences changes the orientation of page-numbers

sadly, i think that it's not really clear what you are trying to achieve.

as said, if you think that there is a bug, please upload a file that 
shows the issue into the bug tracker (https://bugs.scribus.net).
