[scribus] PDF X-1a:2001 disappeared.

When I follow my own instructions of 2009 I cannot find the above 
preference. This PDF format was always one of the
 bragging points of Scribus of yesteryear. I tried two recent versions: 
1.5.2 on Windows 7 and a bleeding edge
 compile on Slackware linux . The popup instructions still mention it as an 
option but it isn't  there any more.
  
 I'll revert to the official stable release for my own work but I hope that 
this option reappears in 1.6.0.
