[scribus] Scribus 1.5.3 on Debian with Python 3

oh, i see now that the patch is for the "old/current" scripter...

it's not the same as the one i have been trying to modernize.
sorry for the confusion.

now, i have no idea if it's a good idea to port it to python3...
personally, when i use python it's always the 3...
but most systems sadly still default to 2.7...
and for the needs of most people currently using the scripter there is 
not much difference between using 2.7 and 3.4...

as jluc says, please upload it to the bug tracker and then the team will 
have to decide if the old scripter should move to python3...

but you might first remove the "personal" comments and possibly 
translate the important ones into english...

the new new one, if it ever sees the light will be python 3 only.
