[scribus] PDF Opening Problem

Hi Matthew,

 From what you're saying, I want to make sure you understand that 
Scribus works with a screen layout of a document, which then is exported 
to PDF, so you don't open a PDF in Scribus. In 1.4.6, you can load a PDF 
into an image frame, which converts this to a bitmap, and I believe you 
do need the ghostscript libraries for that.
As of the 1.5.x series, you can import a PDF as a vector file, which 
uses podofo libraries. This loads the vector file, after which you then 
click the mouse to place on a document page.
