for those who are too happy to attentively read the message:

scribus can now open quark express files that are between 27 and 15 
years old.

this is not about exchanging files with your quark express loving friend 
/ client but about being able to open archived files.

or helping people migrating away from very old system (from what i've 
heard, this is somehow common for "indic speaking" regions).
