Regarding the thread on the opensuse-factory list:

I've been using 1.5 for a long time, just dealing with whatever issues
have come up (don't even remember the last time that happened). Works
great/ship it. But it wouldn't be in KDE_Unstable_Extra if that were true.

What needs to be tested? Is there a testing plan?
