Hello JL,
The version works fine for me. I'm just wondering why this can't be
installed through the ppa.

I would never format locally once I created a style. That's why I wanted
to change the style. But the problem has been resolved with the use of
the new version.Now I just have to get Scribus uninstalled from Windows,
but I'll get help on site tomorrow.
