[scribus] Problem with paragraph styles

Hi All
I'm a new user of scribus, but I have an experience in type text with text editors, like LibreOffice and MS OfficeI was tried to use person styles to paragraphs but it's not work properly, I think. 
Can I do something wrong?
I created a small video and put it in youtube.
