[scribus] Resizing entire layouts

Thanks for the input DL, Greg and Silvain! I ended up:
- noting the original width
- group the whole layout
- scale the group (I had no specific factor, needed to be judged by
  sight)
- calculate the scale factor
- ungroup
- go through the few multi-line text frames and apply the same factor
  to their line heights.

There are just enough frames to make this annoying (heck, even one is
bad enough), but not enough to actually safe time by using styles.
