We actually have the wiki site which is not being used to its full
potential. Right now there is a major reorganization of Scribus sites as
they switch to Drupal, and I suspect that this will allow for a larger
variety of uploads/downloads to take place.
Also, I can't speak for the devs for the Scribus project, but I suspect
that they would appreciate it if you indicate that yours is not an
official Scribus site. You are using an official Scribus logo on your
masthead, so it may be confusing to some.
One thing we do not have on any official site is outside advertising.
