[Scribus] install problem under RH8

You need qt-devel, as well

Make uninstall that first.

You cannot mix source tarballs and rpms.  The RPM database won't know about 
source tarballs installed on your system.

You want this rpm : 
http://download.fedora.us/fedora/fedora/1/i386/RPMS.stable/lcms-1.12-0.fdr.2.1.i386.rpm
This will eliminate the rpm install problem for Scribus 1.1.5

Then install the scribus-1.1.5 rpm
