[Scribus] "Text am Grundlinienraster ausrichten"

Hi,

for the first time while working with 1.3, I needed the option "Text am
Grundlinienraster ausrichten" (align text on the baseline). In 1.2, this
option was in the paragraph-style menu. Where is it now? I didn't find
this option any more :-( I found it very "logical" in the
paragraph-style menu, by the way...
