[Scribus] Where to Get Help Files

I am new to Scribus.  I downloaded and installed V1.2 on my SuSE 9.0 machine.  
All is well except that there are no help files.  Clicking help tells me to 
go online and download the help.

However, I have been unable to find the link to download the help files that 
the S/W is looking for.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?
