[Scribus] QT4

I've been able to install previous versions of scribus, but with 1.2.2.1 I 
get the error "Qt (>= Qt 3.3) (library qt-mt) not found." when I run 
configure.  I have 3.1.2 of qt installed.

So, I installed qt 4.0 and pointed configure to it but I get the same 
error message.

Does scribus work with qt 4.0?  Do I need to install qt 3.3.4 (I believe 
the latest version before 4.0) in order to install and run scribus 
1.2.2.1?
