No, strictly Qt 3.3.x (preferably Qt 3.3.4)

Qt4 is quite a different animal to Qt 3, where as porting Scribus from 
Qt2 > Qt3 took Franz only a weekend.

I think there was a configure check put in CVS recently to warn folks 
about Qt4.

Porting Scribus to Qt4 is *months* away.
