[Scribus] Scribus 1.3.1 16 Jul 2005

On starting scribus, the 'New Document' dialogue appeared with a Tick box "Don't show this dialoge again" (or similiar)

I ticked that and restarted Scribus. No dialogue box. So far so good

File->New I get the New Document dialogue but nowhere to turn the original default behaviour on again.

Also cannot find a Preference setting for this action so was this intended or would you want a bug report?
