[Scribus] TTC and dfont

Hi,

Just an FYI, with Andreas Vox's patch from bug #1816 and some extra tweaks, 
Scribus 1.3.0cvs can now use TTC (font collections) and dfont font files. To 
this, I have added a -fi/--font-info command line option to show the font 
files as Scribus starts.
