Well, I downloaded the 1.3cvs this morning, installed it and now I see 
the little arrows under shadow, outline, etc., in the text box. Half way 
there... need blur and control over how width of the offset, not just 
the percentage offset of the type stroke width. Half way there! Wonderful.
