Looks as if I've been a little too fast there.
Other developers convinced me that we only want to change that date
manually, since this gets reported back from users if something goes
wrong (eg. on bugs.scribus.net) and we don't want to have too many
values there.
So it's more a "release" date or a "snapshot" date. The current code
goes back to the old behaviour.

I've been a bit unprecise there, a "rm scribus/about_builddate.inc"
would have been enough to get the new date. :-)
