how to use our upstream repositories to install your Debian/Ubuntu package
using apt or its fron-ends such as synaptic. Scribus 1.2.3 has already been
built for Debian stable/testing/unstable and Ubuntu hoary/breezy, so apt-get
all the goodness while it's fresh.
