[Scribus] scribus and clipart confused

Hi all,
I installed the debian packages of openclipart but am confused how I use
them together with scribus.

Is there a plugin which lets me browse the clip art from within-scribus
and then add the clipart i want? Or at least some other easy to use
application that lets me browse the clipart and save the file and path
to the clipboard to then load in scribus?


I am not talking about a gimp or inkscape or the like. but just a way to
easily browse the clip art and add it.
