[Scribus] Will future versions support 1.3.3.2 format or should I wait?

Will future versions like 1.3.3.3 or 1.3.3.4 be compatiable with 1.3.3.2 or
should I wait for the upgrade before starting the project?
And will 1.3.3.4 be compatible with 1.4?
Anyone have any ideas.
