[Scribus] Tutorial: progress so far

I've now (more or less) finished up through wiki page 4 -- skipping the 
Introduction.
Because of the need to have something for the Windows users, who start 
at versions 1.3.x, I'm trying to add notes about these versions as well 
as for 1.2.x. Images thus far are sparse, but as I go through this (one 
of the things I'm doing is following the tutorial with Scribus as I go 
to make sure it comes out like it's supposed to) I'm not sure very many 
images are necessary at all.

We may need some newbie feedback to tell us what pictures of what 
requesters would make a difference. If someone truly is using the 
tutorial, they're going to see these requesters onscreen with Scribus.
