[Scribus] Swedish translation

Hi all,

I wonder who are responsible for the Swedish translation of Scribus.
The file is named "scribus.se.ts" which is wrong, should be
"scribus.sv.ts" ("se" = Sami)

I guess that the ".ts" files aren't used anymore and that gettext ".po"
is used nowadays. This means that someone needs to merge text from the
.ts to the .po (manually)?

If noone is managing the Swedish translation, I would like to start
update it.
