[Scribus] Error message

Not wanting to repeat myself, but I 'm still getting this....

! The following programs are missing:

   Ghostscript: You cannot use EPS images or Print Preview


But I downloaded Ghostscript....? AND placed it in the 
Library/frameworks folder
