[Scribus] compile scribus 1.3.5svn on windows

Hi,
I'm trying to compile scribus 1.3.5 svn on windows XP but I have some
problems with the libraries than must be included.

I don't understand if this is normal.

Has anybody had success to compile this version on windows?
