[Scribus] Printer calibration

Does Scribus have a way for me to specify horizontal and vertical
offsets for printing?

I imported an OpenOffice Draw CD label template into Scribus. I can Edit
-> Select All and then use the arrow keys to move everything at once,
but I was thinking that a global calibration that is done once would be
useful.
