Hi Michael,

The answer about stable version can be found right here on the main page of
www.scribus.net

PDF tools are in a working stage in the stable release (1.3.3.9 and
eventually 1.3.3.10).

Please also refer to the wiki for more and feel free to get back on the list
if the wiki is short of what you need!

Is this the only/best option I have? I use Gentoo, so either 1.3.3.x or
