[Scribus] Problem Compiling 1.3.5 on OS X

O.K. but that doesn't change anything.
What I don't understand is, that in ccmake I get the following lines:

  FONTCONFIG_INCLUDE_DIR           /usr/X11/include
  FONTCONFIG_LIBRARY               /usr/X11/lib/libfontconfig.dylib
  FREETYPE_INCLUDE_DIR_FT2BUILD    /usr/X11/include
  FREETYPE_INCLUDE_DIR_FTHEADER    /usr/X11/include/freetype2
  FREETYPE_LIBRARY                 /usr/X11/lib/libfreetype.dylib
  FREETYPE_LIBRARY_DEBUG           FREETYPE_LIBRARY_DEBUG-NOTFOUND
  FREETYPE_LIBRARY_RELEASE         FREETYPE_LIBRARY_RELEASE-NOTFOUND

But when I "make" I get:

FontConfig Found OK

It seems that something is mixed up :-(
