We don't.
1.3.3.x is our current stable branch. We collect important bugs, fix them
and
once in a while release a new version. So 1.3.3.9 is frozen and bug fixing
happens in 1.3.3.10svn. We will release 1.3.3.10 these days, then 1.3.3.10
will be
frozen and we continue bug fixing in 1.3.3.11svn.
1.3.3.10 is overdue, that's why people have been using 1.3.3.10svn.

1.3.4 was the last development release. It can be downloaded by the
courageous
and curious, but no development happens there. All current development
happens
in 1.3.5svn. Some people already use that version since it has improvements
over 1.3.4 (especially on Mac). We hope to release 1.3.5 in the next three
months,
then development will continue in 1.3.6svn.

The reason for the long release cycles recently are that we did some major
internal
changes in 1.3.4 (text & styles) and again in 1.3.5 (move to Qt4). We intend
to have
shorter release cycles in the future.
