[Scribus] Please add Lao team

Well, I am a Tamilian. I know quite a bit of C,C++ and Java (Wanted to be a
hacker, but not been so yet) . Is there support for Tamil Language in
Scribus. If not I would be happy to make a tamil version of Scribus. Can any
one guide me how to go about doing it. Where am I suppose to start.

I have done a bit of study about Tamil computing. Is any  1  out there to
join me or help me in any way ?
