[Scribus] Column-style text, alignment of lignes

You'll need to attach the text to the baseline. Click on the line spacing 
_icon_ on the properties palette's text page or in paragraph style and you'll 
get the line spacing options in a popup menu. Baseline can be adjusted for 
your current document in file>document setup and for future docs in 
file>preferences.
