[Scribus] Column-style text, alignment of lignes

Another question, please.

I have a text with three columns.

In one column, I insert/overlay an image frame and use the bounding
box to have some distance between the picture and the text.

Generally, how do I proceed that the lines of the different columns
remain aligned - a pdf where it is not aligned and which doesn't look
good, see:
