[Scribus] Scribus to HTML

Can Scribus export to html?
Not now, and it's unlikely to do so in the future.
It  was just a passing thought, to save download and upload time, for our
newsletter recipients on dial-up. Has no relevance to DTP.
There was no intent to use Scribus to create web pages, there are fine tools for
this and I have tried most of them with little  success.
I meant it only as a general question.
