[scribus] Where is Scribus 1.3.3.12/Windows download located?

I don't know whether the problem is in my system. However, earlier,
the download died instantly whenever I clicked on the download linked
and pressed OK on the resulting popup in Firefox 3.0. However, this
time around, I cancelled instead of OKaying the popup and that
surprisingly got the mirrors link on the downloads page working which
let me select the mirror and download 1.3.3.12.
