[scribus] wanting to know if I have a bug or not

This is not a direct answer to your question, but perhaps you could find
out if there is a way to activate the menu using the keyboard. For example,
on MS Windows + activates the menu, and then you can Move,
Resize, Activate, etc. using the keyboard.
