[scribus] Scribus error

Hi,

I have installed Scribus 1.3.3.9 on my system (windows). Long back I had
designed one book and magazine, but now if I try to open Scribus, it gives
me the following error:

*Script Error: setting up the Python Plgin failed. Error details were
printed to stderr*

and a document opens only if I click on ok. But the problem is the the
standard toolbar buttons are not displayed (only the buttons, the toolbar
gets displayed).

What should I do to overcome this problem?
