[scribus] Re-editing Master Pages Solved!

Quite silly the solution. I thought I would play it safe and 'lock' the layers that I had created
Windows > Layers - there are some options for each layer, including a 'padlock'. Once a layer is
'locked' it is locked!
What I didn't realize is the locking of the layers also locks new 'Master Pages' that are
subsequently created - not so obvious a 'feature'.
Anyway, after unlocking them I can now progress with my work :-) except for the Color Management
as mention in a different thread......
