[scribus] How to get cool tables in Scribus. Yes!

Um ... are we really having religious flame wars about which is the best 
*kludge* for getting tables into Scribus?  Seems to me the wars ought to 
be about when Scribus is going to support tables natively.  And indexes, 
for that matter (not that the indexing capability in InDesign is much, 
either.  And longer files.
