[scribus] Can't get PGP key from server for Ubuntu install

I want to install Scribus 1.3.5svn on to Ubuntu. The process seems to be
to specify a repository for Synaptic, then download the package and let
Synaptic do its installation thing.

At <http://www.scribus.net/?q=debian> the advice for the patient
(halfway down page) says to get a PGP key with

$ gpg --keyserver wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net --recv-keys EEF818CF

The site wwwkeys.eu.pgp.net appears to be dead or at least not
responding to key requests. Can anyone help? Are there other key
servers that I can use?

Regards,
Hedley
