[scribus] Washed out colors, no transparencies

As for the transparencies, I cannot save the PDF as 1.4 because Lulu.com
requires that I save as 1.3. So, I am still stuck there and would appreciate
any more suggestions! I did find a post on Lulu about washed out colors and
it looks like the trick is to save it as "web/online" output, rather than
"printer". So, I tried that and it seemed to work.
