[scribus] How long to ship manual from FLES?

Hello, all.
I wonder what those of us who were and are happy to support FLES through
pre-order of the book could accomplish by bringing googlecheckout, or
which ever cc. processor we used into the fray?
I do not think FLES Books should need to swallow the printers problems.
Perhaps we as customers can effect a release of contract for FLES Books
to re-contract with Lulu or similar for this release.
What do you think? Can we raise a sufficent stink but refusing the
charge (at least those of us who used googlecheckout etc)?
