[scribus] custom line styles usage existing and maybe a suggestion

1.3.5 is still a development version. We will prepare new documentation for 
the 1.4 release. In the meantime, the wiki exists not only to be used, but 
also for everyone to add.

Yes.

The use of patterns and gradients for lines and strokes has been added to 
1.5svn recently.
