[scribus] OpenOffice.org Draw/ODG import

Hi all,

For those of you who have been struggling with getting complex OO.o/ODG 
Drawings into Scribus, I have added a new wiki page:

I hope this will resolve some issues for those who encountered difficulties 
with interoperability.
